Why Falcon?
Good training. Good company. Somewhere to recover.
Falcon brings Allana’s experience as an athlete together with Breathe’s approach to recovery and care. It’s a place to find your running people, ask questions and give the time around your training as much thought as the training itself.
Hosted by Allana Falconer, a Nike athlete and Breathe-sponsored runner who understands the commitment behind a goal. Bring your ambitions, your questions and whatever kind of training week you’ve had.
Sunday finishes with coffee, a shake and time together. Our monthly Saturday event goes further, with hyperbaric oxygen and red light sessions included in your morning at Breathe.
Different distances, different paces and plenty to learn from each other. You might meet someone training for the same race, discover a new goal or simply find that the miles pass more easily in good company.

Falcon 5K + Recovery
Five kilometres, followed by time for you.
Once a month, we make a Saturday morning of it. Join Allana for a 5K group run, then settle into Breathe for hyperbaric oxygen, full-body red light therapy, a recovery shake and a short talk on training, fuelling or recovery.
You’ll have the team there to explain the therapies, answer your questions and help you get comfortable, whether it’s your first visit or you already know your favourite chamber.
Why the time after your run matters.
Your training gives your body work to recover from and adapt to. We’ve built hyperbaric oxygen and red light into these Saturdays to make dedicated recovery time part of the routine. Explore the science behind both therapies and how they could fit alongside your training, sleep and nutrition.

Your questions
Before you lace up.
Do I need to be fast?
No. Every pace is welcome. For Sunday, choose the 10K or 20K distance you’re comfortable covering. If you’re unsure which run would suit you, get in touch and we’ll talk it through.
Do I need to be training for a race?
No. A race can give you something to work towards, but enjoying running, building consistency or meeting people are equally good reasons to join us.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. You don’t need to know anyone already. Come along, introduce yourself and we’ll help you find your feet with the group.
Is Sunday completely free?
Yes. The run, coffee and recovery shake are included. Please reserve your place so we know how many people to expect. Hyperbaric oxygen and red light sessions are included in the £89 Saturday event, rather than the free Sunday run.
Do I need to be a Breathe member?
No. You can join Falcon’s Sunday runs or book a Saturday event without a Breathe membership.
What does the £89 Saturday booking include?
A 5K group run with Allana, a hyperbaric oxygen session, a full-body red light session, a recovery shake and a short talk. If it’s your first time using the therapies, we’ll complete your consultation and explain everything before you start.
I’ve never tried hyperbaric oxygen or red light. Can I still book?
Yes. We’ll ask about your health when you book and contact you if anything needs further discussion. On the day, we’ll explain the sessions and help you settle in. Your first red light session is limited to 10 minutes so we can assess how you respond.
What does a hyperbaric session feel like?
You sit or lie comfortably while the pressure gradually increases. You may notice a feeling in your ears, similar to taking off in an aircraft, and we’ll show you how to equalise them. Once you’re settled, you can read or rest while the team monitor your session.
What if a recovery therapy isn’t suitable for me?
Contact us before booking if you already have a concern. Our booking questions also help identify anything that needs a closer look, and we’ll discuss your options with you before you attend.
What should I bring?
Running kit, water and a warm layer for afterwards. For Saturday events, bring a comfortable change of clothes and follow the preparation guidance in your booking confirmation. We provide the equipment and eye protection for your recovery sessions.
What is Executive Performance?
A personal arrangement combining coaching with Allana, testing and private recovery at Breathe. We start with your goals and diary, then agree what’s included and what it costs before you commit.
See you at the start.
Bring your next goal, your usual running shoes and yourself. We’ll have the coffee ready at the other end.
