“Breathe began its life in Brighton & Hove, and after helping thousands of members, Horsham is where we’re going next.

At Breathe, we specialise in a carefully selected range of therapies designed to support the body’s natural repair, recovery and performance pathways. Our signature therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, uses increased atmospheric pressure to allow more oxygen to dissolve into the blood plasma, helping deliver oxygen more efficiently throughout the body. It’s a therapy that has played a hugely important role in Matt’s own story, which you can read more about on our main website.

Alongside Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, our Horsham location will offer full-spectrum Red Light Therapy, IV Nutrition and vitamin injections, advanced blood testing, brainwave stimulation, a hand-picked selection of products and consumables, and practical guidance to help you better understand and optimise your wellbeing.
